Brian Morrison is a Member at Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. He is admitted to practice in the State of West Virginia, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. After obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Marshall University, Brian attended the West Virginia University College of Law, from where he graduated in 1997. Brian concentrates his practice to civil litigation, commercial litigation and insurance litigation. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, the Kanawha County Bar Association, the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, and the Defense Research Institute.
