Jason Pockl is an associate with Bailey & Wyant, PLLC in its Wheeling Office. He was admitted to practice before the West Virginia State Bar in 2006. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit in Richmond Virginia. Jason obtained his law degree from Duquesne University School of Law in 2006 and bachelor degrees in Accounting and Criminal Justice from Wheeling Jesuit University in 1998.
Prior to pursuing a career in the legal field, Jason worked in the management of corrections and rehabilitation facilities in Pennsylvania and Florida. Jason practices in the areas of general civil litigation, insurance defense, product liability, state and municipal governmental liability, insurance coverage & unfair trade practices, construction and design defect. Jason is a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Ohio County Bar Association and Defense Trial Counsel.
Jason, who is a native of Wheeling returned to the Upper Ohio Valley after law school, He currently resides in Wheeling with his wife and three children. Jason spends his free time with his family, coaches youth soccer and is a former Board Member of the Whetelco Federal Credit Union.
