Kristen Hammond is an Associate in Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. She was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in 2004, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. She obtained her law degree from the West Virginia University College of Law and her Bachelor of Business Administration (Accounting) degree from Marshall University. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive). She concentrates her practice on civil litigation, insurance defense, labor and employment, product liability, personal injury, government liability, legal and other professional liability, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, probate and estate, and mental hygiene matters. She is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia and the West Virginia Bar Association.
