Car Accident Defense: What You Need to Know

If you have been accused of causing a car accident that resulted in personal injury or property damage, remember this: You have the right to work through your insurance company to request your own attorney. That's where we come in. Bailey & Wyant has significant experience representing individuals who have been accused of being at fault in an auto accident. Our goal is to protect your personal and financial interests.

Your automobile liability insurance policy has a cap on how much will be paid on your behalf by the insured party. However, often an individual may seek additional compensation that exceeds that amount (such as medical bills, rehabilitation, or property damage.) This exposes the alleged at-fault driver to financial liability.

If you are being sued, our firm's attorneys will take steps to protect your financial interests. By taking prompt legal action, we may be able to settle the case outside of court. Otherwise, after thorough investigation and preparation, we can seek a dismissal, or represent your interests in a jury trial.

Our injury liability defense lawyers also handle truck accident defense cases.
