Mr. Hammond is a Member in Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. He was admitted to the West Virginia State Bar in 1999, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. He obtained his law degree from West Virginia University College of Law and his Bachelor's in Government degree from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Mr. Hammond concentrates his practice on civil litigation, commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance law and real estate matters. He is a member of the West Virginia Bar Association, the   American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association, and the Contractor's Association of West Virginia.
