Jason Winnell is a Member in Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. He began his tenure with the firm in 2002, working as a Summer Law Clerk. Prior to becoming an Associate with the firm in 2003, Jason obtained his Juris Doctorate from the West Virginia University College of Law. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from West Virginia University in 1999.

Jason focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and unfair trade practices, governmental liability, personal injury, and deliberate intent. In addition, to providing legal representation to the firm's clients, Jason also performs a myriad of administrative functions, and serves as the firm's Marketing Director.

Jason has lived most of his life in the Charleston area and is a 1994 graduate of George Washington High School. He is proud of having his roots in West Virginia and enjoys showing its many splendors to others. In his free time, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife, Sang Ah Koh, traveling, watching sports, working out, listening to music, and continuing to expand his extensive knowledge and love of computers and gadgets.
