John Fuller is a Member of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. In 2002, he obtained his law degree from the Claude W. Pettitt College of Law, Ohio Northern University located in Ada, Ohio. He received his undergraduate degree from the Lewis College of Business, Marshall University in the year 1998.

Prior to joining the firm, John served as Law Clerk for the Honorable Darrell Pratt of the 24th Judicial Circuit, Wayne County, West Virginia. John is an active member of the West Virginia State Bar. He is also admitted to practice before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, the United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia, and the United States District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia.
