Josh Boggs is a lifelong native of West Virginia who, in 2002 received a Bachelor Degree from West Virginia University in Political Science and Philosophy. In 2005, Josh received a Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law where he participated in the Clinical Law Program and was a 2005 West Virginia Invitational Trial Competition Finalist.

Josh served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Lawrence S. Miller, Jr. of the Circuit Court of Preston County, West Virginia before moving to Charleston and joining Bailey & Wyant, PLLC as an Associate. Josh is a member of local, state and national bar associations and practices general civil litigation and insurance defense.
