Vaughn Sizemore received his Juris Doctorate from West Virginia University College of Law in 1998 where he also participated in the Lugar Mock Trial Team, Regional Mock Trial Competition Team. He was a member of the West Virginia Law Review for two years and was the Senior Editor of the National Coal Edition during the centennial year of the West Virginia Law Review.

Vaughn is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court Southern District of West Virginia, U.S. District Court Northern District of West Virginia, U.S. Court of Appeals 4th Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court.

Vaughn joined Bailey & Wyant in 2000 and became a member in 2006. Vaughn practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation & Insurance Defense; Labor & Employment; Product Liability & Personal Injury; Lemon Law defense; and State, County & Municipal Governmental Liability.
