Justin C. Taylor is a Member of Bailey & Wyant, PLLC's Charleston office. Prior to coming to Bailey & Wyant in 2001, he was an Associate with the firm of Berthold, Tiano & O'Dell. Justin has served as lead trial counsel and lead counsel in numerous cases defending individuals, corporations, and entities in the areas of complex, mass, and class action litigation and product litigation for over 17 years. Justin is also AV® Preeminent™ Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell® for Professional Excellence, which indicates that his peers have ranked him at the highest level of professional excellence. He has also been named a Top 100 Civil Defense Litigator by the America's Top 100 and is a member of Lawyers of Distinction, a select group of lawyers nationwide, chosen based upon experience and legal ability. He lives in Teays Valley, West Virginia with his wife, Gennifer, and their two children, Curry and Madison.
