Josef A. Horter is Of Counsel in Bailey & Wyant's Charleston office. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia. He has experience in trying over 40 jury trials in Federal and State courts in his career. Joe has provided in house training to insurance clients on legal issues arising in the adjustment of claims and has written and spoken on predatory lending litigation for bankruptcy education courses. He has most recently given in house presentations to lenders on the foreclosure process and defaults under the UCC in West Virginia.
