About
Josef A. Horter served as Of Counsel in Bailey & Wyant's Charleston office for 14 years. He was born in Wheeling, West Virginia. He tried over 40 jury trials in Federal and State courts during his career. Joe provided in house training to insurance clients on legal issues arising in the adjustment of claims and had written and spoken on predatory lending litigation for bankruptcy education courses. He had most recently given in house presentations to lenders on the foreclosure process and defaults under the UCC in West Virginia.
