Andy Herrick is Of Counsel at Bailey & Wyant's Charleston Office. Originally from New Martinsville, West Virginia, he attended college at Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, PA. Andy was an active member of Delta Tau Delta International Fraternity while at Washington and Jefferson College, as well as various other Washington and Jefferson College organizations, including the Washington and Jefferson College Jazz Ensemble and Washington and Jefferson College Model European Union. He also received the HOMES Music Scholarship from Washington and Jefferson College. In 2006, Andy graduated with an M.A. in History, focusing on United States 20^th Century cultural history, from West Virginia University's Eberly College of Arts and Sciences. Andy earned his J.D. from West Virginia University in 2013 where he graduated in the top 20% of his class. Upon graduation from law school, he moved to Charleston to join the Bailey & Wyant team. He left in 2017 to join the West Virginia Ethics Commission as a staff attorney. Andy is married and a father to two girls and a boy.
