The seminar was hosted by S-E-A, a recognized worldwide leader in forensic analysis, research and testing. Several trucking industry representatives and insurance company representatives also attended the seminar.

We provide effective defense to individuals who have been accused of being at fault in trucking accidents. The seminar explained the mechanics of a truck, anatomy of a trucking accident and streamlining investigations in those accidents.

Bailey & Wyant, PLLC has significant experience representing trucking companies and individuals who have been accused of being at fault in a trucking accident. We represent national, regional and local motor carriers, logistics providers, freightliners, trucking manufacturers and product distributors as well as their insurers in litigation arising from incidents involving personal injuries, wrongful death, property damage, cargo and freight claims, business interruption and products liability.

S-E-A provided field training for all those in attendance at the seminar, which outlined the procedures for an expert to properly document an accident scene and understand how an 18-wheel tractor-trailer operates. Hands on experience was given through a virtual open road route in a Trucker's Driving Simulator.

The seminar concluded with a review of DOT requirements and inspection protocols as well as an assessment of Electronic Data Capture from images captured by drone equipment during Field Training.
