Bailey & Wyant, LLC is proud to announce an upcoming NBI continuing education seminar “Local Government Law: What Attorneys Need to Know”. Stay up to date on newly developing cases and legal issues in government law, ensure compliance with public records access and retention laws as well as examine ethical considerations involved in public disclosure of governmental actions.
The seminar is designed for attorneys and government officials who would like tips and strategies for overcoming current challenges in municipal law. The program will feature two Bailey & Wyant speakers, Charles R. Bailey and Michael Taylor. Mr. Bailey will be presenting on Public Contracts and Procurement. Mr. Taylor will present on Human Resources Issues.
This seminar qualifies for 7.2 hours of continuing education credits, which includes 1.2 hour of ethics, under the West Virginia Rules for Mandatory Continuing Legal Education.
