Bailey & Wyant, PLLC Member James W. Marshall, III and Associate Daniel T. LeMasters successfully defended their individual Clients in a multiple defendant subrogation action arising from an accident occurring on the bridge accessing Defendants' respective residences. The Honorable Judge Lynn Nelson granted summary judgment to the Defendants finding no legal duty was owed by them to Plaintiff's subrogee.
