Bailey & Wyant, PLLC is proud to announce a new Equity Shareholder and two new Members in our Charleston office.

Kelly C. Morgan, a Charleston native, originally joined our team in 2006 and was named a Member of our Charleston office seven years ago. We are proud to see her become our first female Equity Shareholder of Bailey & Wyant's Charleston office. She currently practices in general and insurance defense throughout the state of West Virginia and argues cases before the WV Supreme Court of Appeals. Kelly practices litigation in the areas of labor & employment, government liability, product liability, personal injury, deliberate intent, construction and general negligence. She regularly represents businesses, the State Board of Education, county boards of education, and a variety of other state agencies and political subdivisions. Kelly grew up working in her family's construction business, where she learned the operation of a small business. Kelly is a member of the Kanawha County Bar Association.

Jordan K. Herrick, originally from New Martinsville West Virginia, joined Bailey & Wyant, PLLC in 2009. We welcome Jordan as a new Member of our Charleston office, and look forward to his continued work and excellent customer service to our clients. Jordan practices in a number of different areas, but the focus of his practice is in general civil litigation, automobile liability defense, commercial liability defense, State and local Government liability defense, insurance bad faith litigation and civil rights law. Jordan is a member of the Defense Trial Counsel of West Virginia, where he serves as a co-chair of the Insurance Committee. He has been named as a Super Lawyers© Rising Star for 2016 and 2017.

Jennifer E. Tully, a near life-long resident of Putnam County, joined Bailey & Wyant in 2015 bringing with her over 11 years of litigation experience. We are proud to announce Jennifer as a new Member of our Charleston office and look forward to her continued good work on behalf of our clients. Jennifer's litigation practice has covered a variety of areas including civil rights defense of state and local Government, employment law and education law. She regularly represents county boards of education and local municipalities. Jennifer is admitted to practice in the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia, as well as before the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the Kanawha County Bar Association and the West Virginia Women Attorneys group and has been recognized as a Super Lawyers© Rising Star annually since 2014. Jennifer currently resides in Putnam County with her husband and three young children.
