Bailey & Wyant Equity Member, Thomas Buck believes in the vital role that West Virginia Legal Aid plays in those who have a need for access to legal advice and the courts, but lack the knowledge or financial capability to assert their rights.  West Virginia Legal Aid provides a forum for lawyers who want to give back. 

With 12 offices through the state of West Virginia, Legal Aid is a proud funding partner with the United Way and AmeriCorp program. It is the state's primary provider of civil legal aid and advocacy services. Their mission is to ensure that the most vulnerable among us – low income families, seniors, victims of domestic violence, the disabled – have an equal shot at justice, in the courtroom and in their communities.
