On December 17, 2018, Bailey & Wyant, PLLC Equity Member Thomas Buck and Member Jason Pockl of the Wheeling office of Bailey & Wyant obtained a full defense verdict at trial in Ohio County Circuit Court. Mr. Buck and Mr. Pockl successfully defended their client, Wheeling Park Commission, against the negligence and bodily injury claims asserted by the plaintiffs in this matter. Following a full trial on all issues, the jury returned a complete defense verdict finding that the Wheeling Park Commission was not negligent.
